Gastronomic Cassoulet with Duck Confit – 1,500gr

Our authentic cassoulets are made of excellent lingot beans, delicious Quercy sausages and selected duck confits. Enjoy them rather hot and crispy brown right from the oven.

Serve : 3 / 4 pers.

Ingredients : Fattened duck leg  300g (origin France), sausage 200g (pork shoulder – origin France, salt, pepper), saucisson 80g (pork meat – origin France, salt, pepper, milk), pork chest 60g (origin France). Lingots beans. Sauce: duck stock, onion, tomato purée, duck fat, modified starch, maize flour, white roux (wheat, celery, egg), salt, garlic, parsley, spices, sugar.
