Sauerkraut is prepared with duck confit from the South-West, duck sausage and smoked bacon. This should be served rather hot with steam potatoes.

Ingredients : Sauerkraut 45%, duck confit 19% , duck sausage 16% (pork meat, duck meat, salt, pepper), smoked pork chest 3%.
Sauce : veal stock (wheat), white wine, onions, duck fat, salt, spices, garlic.
